Alex De Witte

Alex De Witte is the Real Estate Director at Baltisse, a diversified investment company. He joined Baltisse at the end of 2021 and is responsible for Baltisse Real Estate Investments. A seasoned real estate developer, Alex brings extensive experience with a strong focus on professional real estate. His background includes serving as a director at Allfin (now Immobel) and Bouwfonds (Rabobank), and as the former CEO and principal of Pylos Benelux. Prior to Baltisse, he was Head of Capital Markets at CBRE Belgium & Luxembourg, where he built a significant track record in commercial real estate transactions and investment strategy. Baltisse has a robust real estate portfolio across multiple countries, including Romania. In April 2024, Baltisse and Straco Real Estate acquired a majority stake in SPEEDWELL, a premier real estate developer in Romania, reinforcing Baltisse's commitment to expanding its presence in Eastern Europe.
