Alex Allende
Biography
Alex joined Arum Group in 2023 as the Director of Business Development, responsible for sourcing and managing real estate projects. Previously, he worked at Amazon, providing financial recommendations to the company on acquisition and leasing opportunities. Prior to that, he spent six years on the investment team at Radian IM, a division of the Luksic Group, where he invested in and managed real estate assets in Europe and Mexico. He also gained experience at CBRE, specializing in real estate valuations. He holds a degree in Business Administration from ESADE and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
