Alessandro Pallaoro

Alessandro Pallaoro is a professional in the real estate development sector, currently serving as Managing Director for the Americas at Bizzi & Partners, a well-known international real estate development company. Current Role: He is in charge of operations and development with a special focus on luxury residential and class-A office buildings in New York and Florida. He joined Bizzi & Partners during the development of 400 Fifth Avenue, the company’s first project in the U.S. Since then, Mr. Pallaoro has spearheaded $2B in developments such as the conversion of 101 Leonard Street, and also the ground up development of 125 Greenwich Street, 565 Broome SoHo, and Eighty Seven Park. Previous Experience: Mr. Pallaoro was a fund manager at RREEF Fondimmobiliari SGR, Deutsche Bank Group’s Real Estate Asset Management division in Milan, Italy. There, he was involved in the management of 7 private equity real estate funds, with more than $600 million in assets under management.
