Alejandro Moya
Biography
Alejandro Moya is a Partner and Head of Real Estate at Incus Capital, which he co-founded in 2012. He brings 25 years of experience in the real estate sector. At Incus Capital, he leads the Real Estate team and is a member of the Investment Committee, actively identifying investment themes and leading initiatives such as a €100 million fund for flexible rental in Southern Europe. Prior to Incus, Alejandro served as Head of Commercial Real Estate at Hipoges Iberia and worked on the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds platform, managing acquisitions, financing, and disposals across Europe. His extensive background also includes roles as an asset manager for ING Real Estate Investment Management and a real estate corporate finance consultant for IREA and Arthur Andersen. He holds a double BA in Law and Business Administration from ICADE and a Real Estate Degree from Instituto de Empresa, where he also taught real estate programs.
