Ajay Phull
Biography
Ajay Phull is the Head of Investments, UK and Private Equity, Europe for Ivanhoé Cambridge’s, based in London. Prior, he worked at Brockton Capital, the opportunistic private equity real estate investor, underwriting and executing several successful transactions. He began his career at PwC’s Real Estate Corporate Finance and Restructuring team, advising on complex structuring and restructuring transactions valued in excess of £3 billion. Ivanhoé Cambridge’s investments in the UK exceed £2 billion and consists mostly of properties and projects in the logistics, office and residential sectors.
