Adam Callaghan
Biography
Adam Callaghan is a Senior Managing Director and leads the transaction management department across Europe. In this role, Adam is responsible for the formation and negotiation of all transaction-related documentation, oversight of Greystar’s debt capital markets activities, and general legal management at Greystar in Europe. Prior to joining Greystar in 2015, Adam was a Corporate Associate at the international law firm Jones Day specializing in transactions in the real estate private equity space. Adam received a Bachelor of Science in government from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Law, London. Adam is a solicitor and a member of the Law Society of England & Wales.
