Biography
Ab Shome is the Chief Finance Officer at Lodha Developers UK Limited, a position he has held since joining the company in 2016. He studied PPE at Oxford University and brings over 16 years of extensive banking experience, having worked with prominent institutions such as JP Morgan, Société Générale, RBS, and Lloyds. Mr. Shome's financial expertise spans real estate, project finance, estate, export, and leverage. His notable contributions include involvement in development financing for Islington Square and the Shell Centre, as well as the acquisition of the HSBC Tower at Canary Wharf. He also played a key role in the financing of the Lincoln Square development.
