Biography
Daniel Dreyer is the Managing Director at Patrizia Immobilien Deutschland AG. With a strong background in real estate, he previously served as Head of Transactions DACH at PATRIZIA SE in Hamburg. He has significant expertise in global real assets and sustainability. Dreyer assumed his current role in March, succeeding Sebastian Lohmer, and was formerly part of the company's Hamburg transaction team. His contributions include overseeing major acquisitions, such as a €280 million German office portfolio in 2017.
