Colin Shenton is the CEO of Oppidan, a company at the forefront of the co-living sector. An experienced property industry operator, he has significantly contributed to the Manchester property market. Shenton is recognized for founding the Ziferblat co-working spaces and spearheading Oppidan's co-living concept, with successful developments in Manchester and expansion plans into cities like Liverpool and Sheffield. He has a notable interest in restoring heritage buildings, having overseen the regeneration of over 15 such properties.
