Chiara Caruso

Chiara Caruso is the Head of National Tourism Fund at CDP Investimenti Sgr (CDP Group), a role she has held since May 2022. In this position, she is responsible for a fund dedicated to supporting the growth and consolidation of the hospitality sector in Italy. The fund, which has invested 450 million euros across 19 properties, aims to upgrade lodging facilities and drive regional impact through job creation, increased tourism, and urban regeneration. Ms. Caruso brings extensive experience in investment banking, private equity, and real estate, gained at firms such as Merrill Lynch, GE Commercial Finance, Beni Stabili SGR, and InvestiRE SGR. She holds an Economics degree from LUISS – Guido Carli University and a Master in Finance from London Business School.
