Biography
Carlo Pasquale is Investment Director Italy at Urbanitae, leading the platform's expansion into the Italian market across three strategies: lending, value-add equity partnerships, and yielding investments. Before joining Urbanitae, he was Director of Real Estate Investment at H.I.G. Capital — a global private equity firm with over $60bn AUM — and prior to that worked as a real estate analyst at Hines. He holds a degree from Bocconi University and is based in Milan.
