Wagner Grasiani

Wagner Grasiani is a Partner Director (Sócio Diretor) and CEO at Graal Engenharia, a company with 20 years of experience in the Brazilian construction market. Under his leadership, Graal Engenharia has developed over 353,000m² and more than 9,600 units. Grasiani, alongside Eduardo Viceconti, was honored as "Entrepreneur of the Year 2024" by the Latin American Quality Institute (LAQI) for excellence in strategic knowledge management, leadership, and innovation. Graal Engenharia is recognized for its commitment to quality, receiving awards such as the International Diamond of Excellence in Quality 2023. He has also championed innovative projects, including being the first to incorporate a swimming pool into a "Minha Casa, Minha Vida" development.
