Partner and head of Real Estate at JGP, member of the investment committee. Has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate investment, management and operation. Has worked at Prudential Real Estate Investors Latin America, Prudential/Icatu JV operating company and at major Real estate companies in Brazil, Multiplan and BRmalls, where he played an important role in M&A, Corporate Finance and Development, helping the company to become public and the largest real estate company in latin america. Was former CEO of REP real estate partners (Vinci Partners/PDG), a private company focused on mid-sized shoppings and strip malls and CEO of Saphyr Shopping centers (HSI investiments) CEO in 2017.

Thiago , possui 20 anos de experiência no mercado imobiliário sendo 13 no setor de shoppings. Atuou na área de investimentos da Prudential Real Estate Investments Latin America e em grandes empresas do setor como Multiplan e Brmalls, onde atuou como diretor e um dos responsáveis pelo seu start up liderando e apoiando as áreas de Desenvolvimento, Financeira e M&A, colaborando para que se tornasse a maior empresa de shopping centers da América Latina. Em 2013 assumiu a presidência da REP real estate partners, e em 2017 à presidência da Saphyr shopping Centers (HSI investimentos) É Engenheiro Civil pela UFRJ, com MBA em finanças pelo IBMEC Rio, EDP pela Wharton Business School e OPM da Harvard Business School.
