Advogado, LL.M '16, pela Columbia University e portador do Parker School Certificate in International and Comparative Law. Na academia, dedicou seus estudos a políticas públicas de defesa, segurança pública e direitos humanos. Possui experiência nos três níveis da administração pública brasileira e no terceiro setor, tendo trabalhado para a organização Human Rights Watch, no Rio de Janeiro e em Nova Iorque.
