Rodolfo Senra is the CEO and Co-Founder of Brio Investimentos, a prominent real estate investment firm in Brazil. He co-founded the company in 2012, building upon a family legacy in the residential real estate sector that spans back to the 1970s. Under his leadership, Brio Investimentos specializes in real estate funds (FIIs), with a strong focus on high-end residential projects primarily in São Paulo. Senra has spearheaded innovative strategies, including the development of a new multifamily FII aimed at the middle-class market and the recent launch of "Casa Brio," an in-house sales initiative designed to enhance market efficiency for properties.
