Ricardo é Diretor no Patria Investimentos desde 2024 e gestor do segmento de real estate securities dos fundos de investimentos geridos pela VBI Real Estate. Anteriormente, foi sócio da VBI Real Estate, atuando inicialmente como private equity associate entre 2018 e 2019, tendo sido responsável pela modelagem financeira de fundos e projetos de desenvolvimento imobiliário e, entre 2020 e 2024 como portfolio manager e head da área de real estate securities entre 2020 e 2024. Antes disso, atuou como consultor de investimentos da International Finance Corporation (IFC), braço de investimentos do Banco Mundial para o setor privado, sendo responsável pela análise de investimentos nos setores de manufatura, serviços e real estate.
