Ricardo Barbieri
Biography
Ricardo Barbieri is a Partner at Vinci Partners, where he leads Real Estate strategies for logistics warehouses, offices, residential, and real estate advisory in Brazil. A member of Vinci Real Estate since 2021, he brings extensive industry expertise. Prior to this, he was responsible for the incorporation and leadership of over R$1 billion VGV in real estate deals at Performance Empreendimentos Imobiliários (2009-2020), where he also served as Head of the commercial area. His experience further includes roles at RJZ Cyrela (2008) and Gafisa S/A (2001-2008). Barbieri holds a Civil Engineering degree from PUC-Rio, an Executive MBA from IBMEC-RJ, and completed an Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at Harvard University.
