Atual Head of Development and Innovation da Souza Cruz, Rafael Szarf que é formado em Engenharia, com Mestrado em Gestão da Inovação pelo Institut Polytechnique na França, iniciou sua carreira na Philips Paris e, após uma passagem pela SKY, chegou a Souza Cruz. Após importantes períodos em Manufatura, Procurement e Supply, vem se destacando com o projeto Logística Colaborativa, do qual a Souza Cruz se tornou uma referência no mercado.
