He has been instrumental in the revitalization and continued success of the Fera Palace Hotel, which achieved recognition as the best hotel in Bahia. Under his leadership, the hotel has seen continuous growth in occupancy and projected revenue increases. Marques's expertise includes overseeing high-value projects in historic centers, preserving architectural heritage, and contributing to the promotion of Salvador as a global tourist destination. He has been with Fera Investimentos since its foundation.
