Biography
Paulo Henrique Costa é administrador de Empresas, com pós-graduações em Desenvolvimento Gerencial pela EAESP/FGV e em Inovação Corporativa pela Stanford University. Possui Mestrado em Administração de Empresas pela Universidade de Birmingham, na Inglaterra, e mestrado executivo em administração na Kellogg School of Management, nos Estados Unidos. Exerceu diversas posições estratégicas no conglomerado Caixa Econômica Federal entre 2001 e 2018, entre elas as de Vice-presidente de Clientes, Negócios e Transformação Digital, Diretor Executivo de Controladoria, e Diretor de Administração, Finanças e Relações com Investidores na Caixa Seguridade. E, desde 2019, atua como CEO do Banco BRB, onde tem conduzido uma completa reformulação dos negócios e a transformação digital do banco e suas empresas.
