Norton Bastos

In 2009, along with two partners, Norton started W4 Capital Investimentos, a real estate business company that eventually became W4 Incorporadora, a real estate development company that covers a number of activities, from the purchase of raw land to the sale of multifamily homes. Acting as director and coordinating a select group of employees, Norton is responsible for hiring other companies and professionals for each service demanded, including construction, usually based on the region of the project being developed. To date, W4 Incorporadora has delivered about 900 homes in the state of São Paulo.
