Murilo Chiarella is responsible for managing the company's logistics park portfolio. Brookfield Properties in Brazil since 2021. Its portfolio consists of approximately 1 million m² of GLA in operation/development and serving more than 30 tenants. Graduated in Civil Engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Murilo worked in the area of civil construction for four years until entering, in 2016, the logistics parks market at CBRE, where worked in the areas of I&L Tenant Representation and I&L Capital Markets.
