Biography

Michel Wurman is a Managing Director Partner and Head of Real Estate at BTG Pactual, where he leads the firm's substantial investments in the Brazilian and global real estate markets. He has played a crucial role in significant acquisitions, including a R$4 billion investment in prime logistics warehouses, which represents the largest such deal by a real estate fund in Brazil. Wurman also spearheaded the successful revitalization of Ilha Pura, the former Olympic Village in Rio, transforming it into a high-standard residential area with over R$1 billion in sales. His expertise spans real estate investment strategies, urban development, and the management of large real estate portfolios, underpinning BTG Pactual's prominent position in the sector.
