Mariana Picolli

Mariana Picolli joined Brookfield Properties Brazil early 2020 with the task of leading the Development, Design and Construction team. Under her management, Brookfield started the Industrial Portfolio in Brazil, with over 1,000,000 m2 of GLA. In 2023 she accepted the challenge of joining the USA/ Industrial headquarters in Atlanta GA. Before working for Brookfield Properties, she worked in companies such as Colliers International, Athie Wohnrath and WTorre, always focused on development. Mariana has a bachelor degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, Masters in Design and additional education in Investments and Strategy.
