Marco Amaral

Marco Amaral joined Minor International in 2015 as Vice President of Operations and Development Latin America. In 2017 he took charge of European operations, as well. In this role Marco overseas Tivoli´s current operation in Brazil and Portugal and is responsible for developing all Minor brands in South America and Europe. Prior to this present position, he worked with Hyatt as Vice President of development in Brazil. Previously, he held a number of roles at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts in Portugal and in 2009 was appointed Regional Managing Director in Brazil. Marco begun his career with Orient-Express Hotels (Belmond) and held several positions at hotel properties and corporate office in London.

Marco Amaral é VP de Operações e Desenvolvimento da Minor International. Antes, foi VP de Desenvolvimento do Hyatt para o Brasil, desempenhou diversas funções no Tivoli Hotels & Resorts em Portugal, atuou como regional managing director no Brasil e trabalhou como diretor de E-distribution da Orient-Express Hotels em Londres. É formado em Hospitalidade pelo Centre International de Glion, na Suíça, e tem MBA pela New York University.
