Marcio Kamiyama

Marcio Kamiyama holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (1994) and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-CEAG, 2001). He started his career in construction companies, working for five years on industrial and commercial projects, where he developed skills in budgeting, planning, production, and cost control. Since 2000, he has been working in real estate investment companies, managing the construction of logistics, industrial, and residential developments. Among his main professional experiences, he has held positions as Director of Construction at Hines and Director of Engineering at Goodman. Marcio has expertise in project and construction contract management, team management, and achieving objectives related to scope, deadlines, quality, sustainability, and costs, always adhering to the highest standards of compliance and safety.
