Biography

Luís Flávio Neto é sócio de Direito Tributário com foco em Litígios Tributários e Consultoria Tributária, principalmente relacionados a Impostos Corporativos e Tributação Internacional. Atuou como juiz no mais alto Tribunal Administrativo Tributário brasileiro (Câmara Superior de Recursos Fiscais, Conselho Administrativo de Recursos Fiscais - CARF) de 2015 a 2018. Possui Mestrado e Doutorado pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP), é diretor do Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário (IBDT), onde coordena o Programa de Mestrado Profissional em Tributação Internacional e Direito Tributário Comparado. Também é pesquisador Pós-Doutoral no Bureau Internacional de Documentação Fiscal (IBFD, Holanda).
