Luciano Barreto is the esteemed President and founder of Construtora Celi, a prominent Brazilian civil construction company. A civil engineer, he established Celi in Aracaju, Sergipe, in 1968. Under his leadership, the company expanded its operations across multiple Brazilian states, consolidating its reputation for quality, innovation, and adherence to deadlines. Barreto is recognized for pioneering high-standard real estate projects, including the internationally certified Mansão Luciano Barreto Júnior, and for Celi's contributions to significant infrastructure. His commitment to social responsibility is evident through the Instituto Luciano Barreto Júnior, founded in 2003 for digital inclusion and youth development. He also serves as President of Aseopp (Associação Sergipana dos Empresários de Obras Públicas e Privadas).
