Sócio fundador e CEO da Captal Investimentos, possui mais de 16 anos atuando nas principais gestoras e fundos de private equity imobiliários internacionais (Brookfield AM, Starwood Capital, Tellus e RB Capital), entregando +R$ 2bi em aquisições de ativos operacionais e +R$ 1bi em projetos greenfield. Leonardo é Co-Fundador, sócio e membro do conselho da fintech Hurst Capital. Economista formado pela faculdade IBMEC, pós-graduado em Financial Accounting pela University of Western Sydney e Mestrado em Corporate Finance pela Macquarie University.
