Biography

Architect and Urban Planner, graduated in 1993, with a specialization in Environmental Design
from UC Berkeley and MBA from Insper. She has more than 25 years of experience in the
Hospitality Industry, she had worked in Construction Companies, Design Offices and Hotel
Operators.

With experience leading projects in the Latin American and Caribbean markets, Lara
previously worked at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts as Director of Design and Construction. She
currently leads Accor's Design & Technical Services team, supporting the development of
projects in different types of contracts, defining design concepts for each brand and providing
leadership in engineering, energy management and sustainability
