Biography

José Ernesto Marino Neto é fundador da BSH International e da StoneCliff Real Estate Investment Management, responsável pela parceria exclusiva com a Kempinski Hotels no Brasil. Pioneiro na gestão de ativos hoteleiros, foi responsável pela introdução de diversas redes internacionais no país e pela condução de mais de 500 estudos e avaliações de empreendimentos. Com mais de três décadas de atuação no setor, alia experiência empresarial e acadêmica, sendo professor de Investimentos em Hotéis na FGV/EBAPE desde 2004, no MBA de Real Estate do IBMEC e na Université de Paris, além de ter sido membro emérito do Tisch Center da New York University.
