José Antonio Pereira

José Antonio is a Real Estate Director at CPP Investments, where he joined in 2014. At CPPIB, he is responsible for the supervision of the investments in the retail (both platforms and JVs) and residential (both for-sale and for-rent) sectors. Before CPPIB, he worked as an investment analyst at Advis Investments (currently Canvas Capital) and at Arbela Investments, with focus on the coverage of listed companies. José Antonio has a Bachelor in Business Administration from FEA/USP, being a recipient of awards as the best student of the class of 2008 and as the author of the best paper in finance, and has an LL.M in Corporate Law from FGV/SP.
