Jomar Monnerat de Carvalho

Jomar Monnerat de Carvalho is a Director Partner at RJDI/Monza in Brazil. He brings over two decades of experience with a solid background in management, finance, and real estate development. Previously, he led the Opportunity Real Estate Investment Fund for more than 20 years, where he was responsible for generating over R$30 billion in General Sales Value (VGV). His extensive experience includes participation in large-scale national and international projects, such as the Passeio Corporate, various corporate buildings in Rio de Janeiro, urban developments like Costa Nova and Aretê, and the revitalization of the Hotel Glória. He also contributed to real estate developments in Florida.
