Jefferson Kasa
Biography
Jefferson Kasa is a Managing Director, Partner, and Head of Private Equity at BR Partners. He joined the firm in 2014 and became a partner in 2017, playing a key role in the company's growth, including its 2021 IPO. With extensive experience in private equity and investment banking, he previously held roles as Senior Associate at Lazard and Banco Votorantim Private Equity, and as a consultant at Bain & Company. Mr. Kasa holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. He also serves on several boards, including as Chairman of the Board at PetCamp.
