Biography

Graduado em Administração pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas e com MBA pela Columbia Business School, Gustavo iniciou sua carreira em investment banking no Citigroup e Goldman Sachs, em São Paulo e Nova Iorque, atuando em operações de fusões, aquisições e mercado de capitais. Posteriormente, foi associado sênior de Private Equity na GP Investimentos, participando de investimentos na Wiz Soluções, Magnesita, Allis e BRZ, além de Diretor de M&A e Desenvolvimento Corporativo na RHI Magnesita. Foi Sócio da Neo Investimentos a partir de 2018, com atuação em Private Equity, nos investimentos da Verzani & Sandrini e Alloha Fibra. Ingressou na HS em 2022 como sócio-diretor responsável por investimentos.
