Guilherme Carlini

Civil Engineer from FAAP, with an MBA in Real Estate from USP and Business Administration from USF. Started my career as an engineer at Diâmetro, a company of the KON Group. Founded Terra Base in 2000, and for a few years developed enterprises in the states of SP and RJ. After participating in the first phase of Sequóia, I joined Gafisa, where I worked for 9 years, always in the business area, leaving at the end of 2018 as Executive Director of Real Estate. Between 2019 and 2020 I was responsible for the turnaround of Grupo Lar's Brazilian operation, one of the largest developers in Europe. Since 2021 I have been the Head of SHI, an affiliated company of Banco Santander, responsible for the Group's real estate business.

Engenheiro Civil pela FAAP com MBA em Real Estate pela USP e Adm de Empresas pela USF. Comecei minha carreira como eng na Diâmetro Empreendimentos, empresa do Grupo KON Engenharia. Fundei a Terra Base em 2000, e durante alguns anos atuamos no interior e no litoral dos estados de SP e RJ. Após participar da primeira fase da Sequóia Desenv Imob ingressei na Gafisa, onde trabalhei por 9 anos, sempre na área de negócios, saindo no final de 2018 como Diretor Executivo de Incorporação. Entre 2019 e 2020 fui responsável pelo turn around da operação brasileira do Grupo Lar, uma das maiores incorporadoras da Europa. Desde 2021 sou o Head da SHI, empresa coligada do Banco Santander responsável pelos negócios imobiliários do Grupo.
