Gabriel Barcelos
Biography
Gabriel Barcelos is a Founding Partner (Sócio Fundador) at BGR Asset, a Brazilian real estate asset management firm. He holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Barcelos began his career in 2010 at Stern Stewart & Co., later joining BR Properties in 2012. At BR Properties, he advanced to Manager of Financial and Strategic Planning and Investor Relations in 2019. BGR Asset, formed by former BR Properties executives, specializes in managing real estate investment funds and private equity, overseeing approximately R$2.8 billion in assets.

BGR ASSET, created as a Resource Manager, has activities that make up the complete real estate cycle: the initial phase of acquisition or incorporation, the operational phase with leasing, property management and consolidation, and the exit, that is, the sale of the property. Through different investment vehicles, we operate in commercial ventures such as corporate buildings and logistics and industrial warehouses, located in the main consolidated regions of the country.
