Biography

Flavio Ernesto Zarzur is the Diretor Presidente of EZTEC Empreendimentos e Participações. A founding shareholder of EZTEC Engenharia, established in 1979, he holds a degree in Civil Engineering from FAAP. Mr. Zarzur has over 40 years of experience in real estate development, having served as a director for 28 years and Diretor Presidente for five mandates. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and is a member of the Board of Directors of ABRAINC, the Brazilian Association of Real Estate Developers.
