Fernando Hamaoui

Fernando Hamaoui has been with Evergreen Investment Advisors for 12 years, concurrent with Evergreen establishing a local office in São Paulo and is now the head of the office. Fernando is responsible for all new investment opportunities in Brasil as well as overseeing Evergreen’s existing investments in Brazil. Fernando sits on the global investment committee of Evergreen and on the Board of GoodStorage and Vila 11. Prior to joining Evergreen, Fernando worked at Rio Bravo Investimentos, managing and structuring FIIs, and also at Even Incorporadora, identifying and developing residential projects for the company.

Fernando Hamaoui has been with M3 Capital Partners for 5 years, concurrent with M3 establishing a local office in São Paulo. Fernando’s main responsibilities include researching, analysing and negotiating new real estate investment opportunities for the firm as well as overseeing M3’s existing investments in Brazil. Prior to joining M3, Fernando worked at Rio Bravo Investimentos, managing and structuring FIIs, and also at Even Incorporadora, identifying and developing residential projects for the company.
