Fernanda de Freitas Leitão lidera o 15º Ofício de Notas do Rio desde 1998, inovando com sustentabilidade. Com experiência na Procuradoria Geral do Município e do Estado, é educadora, palestrante e autora de livros sobre direito notarial. Introduziu escrituras homoafetivas e poliafetivas, criou o primeiro blockchain notarial e venceu o Prêmio Líderes do Rio 2021. Defensora do ESG, implementou energia solar e reciclagem, elevando o cartório em governança e inovação.
