Felipe Gaiad

Felipe Gaiad is an Investment Director and Managing Director of HSI REITs at HSI - Hemisfério Sul Investimentos, having joined the company in 2006. With over 20 years of experience in acquisitions and investment management, he has significantly contributed to the real estate sector. His achievements include leading the development of the LEED Platinum certified ECO Berrini commercial tower in São Paulo, overseeing the acquisition and subsequent sale of Bracor's warehouse portfolio, and initiating the creation of GoodStorage. In 2019, he structured and launched the BRL 675 million IPO of HSI Malls, the largest offering in the retail sector at the time. He currently manages three listed real estate funds totaling over BRL 4 billion in market capitalization. Prior to HSI, Mr. Gaiad worked as a trader at Bozano Simonsen and Bank of America. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from PUC Rio de Janeiro and a Master's in Finance from Cass Business School.

Sua experiência inclui aquisições e desenvolvimento de ativos imobiliários. No seu histórico estão: a incorporação da torre ECO Berrini em São Paulo (LEED Platinum), a aquisição do portfólio de galpões da Bracor, e posterior venda para a GLP e a formação da joint venture com a Saphyr Shopping Centers. O Sr. Gaiad faz parte do conselho de administração da Saphyr. Antes da HSI o Sr. Gaiad trabalhou na mesa de ações dos bancos Bozano, Simonsen e Bank of America.
