Parkside is an integrated ‘proptech’ that develops and operates modern and sustainable multifamily assets in Brazil. We offer a complete rental experience for urban dwellers with furnished studios, flexible contracts, and on-demand services.

We are based in Florianópolis, Brazil and currently have R$40mi assets in operation and R$120mi under development. Our assets are built using modular technology, up to 4x faster and 80% more sustainably than the market. This allows for a better standardisation, efficiency, and speed in stabilising assets, offering greater sustainability, security, and higher returns per squared meter for our investors.
