Como gestor público experiente, lidera políticas habitacionais e de desenvolvimento urbano sustentável no estado. Sua atuação foca na implementação de programas habitacionais, regularização fundiária e planejamento urbano, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento social e melhoria da qualidade de vida da população acreana através de projetos de habitação de interesse social e ordenamento territorial.
