Dora Szwarc is an Executive Director of Real Estate at BTG Pactual, a Brazilian financial company. She has extensive experience in real estate development since 2015 within BTG Pactual, where she leads residential funds and teams in prospecting and partner relationships. Szwarc has previously worked at PDG, Tishman Speyer, and Cyrela/Brazil Realty, gaining diverse experience across various areas of the real estate sector. She also leads innovative projects such as "Beyond the Club," a high-end experience club in São Paulo.
