Dilene Teixeira
Biography
Dilene Rodrigues Teixeira serves as the Vice-President Jurídica (Chief Legal Officer) at Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers, a role she assumed in February 2021. She joined Iguatemi in 1997, advancing to legal director one year later. Her comprehensive legal background includes previous experience at Banco Bandeirantes S/A and law firms Tozzini, Freire Advogados, and Saraiva Almeida Advogados. Ms. Teixeira is also a board member of ABRASCE (Brazilian Association of Shopping Centers), a member of the Real Estate Law Debates Table of São Paulo (MDDI), and the GRI CLUB. She holds degrees in Law, Literature, and Education from the University of São Paulo, and specializations in Civil Law and Civil Procedure.
