David Ades
Biography
David Ades has been a partner of MAC Incorporadora, since 2007. MAC is one of the leading real estate developers in São Paulo. MAC has built more 80 residential and commercials developments. During 2019, MAC launched three new major developments, representing more than R$500 mio in sales. From 1996 until 2007, David worked in the capital market division at Union Bancaire Privee, in London. David was the founder and manager of EM Capital Ltd, a hedge fund focused on fixed income and FX arbitrage in emerging markets, with more than $ 200 million in assets. David holds a MBA from INSEAD, and a Mechanical and Production Engineering Degree from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial.
