Biography

Clausens Roberto de Almeida Duarte serves as the Vice-President of the Social Interest Housing Area at CBIC - Câmara Brasileira da Indústria da Construção, a position he holds for the 2023-2026 term. In this capacity, he plays a crucial role in advancing the construction sector, particularly focusing on affordable housing. His work involves addressing important topics such as financing and regulation to facilitate housing projects for low-income populations. Duarte also participates in strategic agendas to mitigate construction defects and strengthen institutional collaborations with entities like the Brazilian Institute of Appraisals and Engineering Expertise (IBAPE) and the National Housing Secretariat (SNH). He also holds the title of Vice-President of the Real Estate Area at SINDUSCON-CE.
