Biography

Claudio é CEO na Share Student Living. Anteriormente era diretor de gestão e desenvolvimento Imobiliário na Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers e possui mais de vinte anos de experiência profissional. Antes da Iguatemi, foi Diretor de Incorporações na Odebrecht Realizações Imobiliárias, responsável pela gestão de um portfólio de R$ 2.5 bn em Projetos Imobiliários. Anteriormente, desempenhou o papel de Director Técnico e Comercial na Dall’Acqua Engenharia Construções e Incorporações, atuou dois anos como CEO da Visual Desenvolvimento Imobiliário, e trabalhou na Odebrecht Construção Pesada (CNO).
