Biography
Over the past 25 years, Ms. Vaz Guimaraes has been working in the private equity market, most of it in the real estate sector. Prior to joining Paladin, Ms Vaz Guimarães was a partner and Head of Investor Relations at BlueMacaw, coordinating fundraising activities for publicly listed real estate funds and coordinating all communications with investors and the market at large. Prior to that Ms. Vaz Guimarães was partner and Head of Fund Operations and Investor Relations at Hemisfério Sul Investimentos (HSI) where she was responsible for supervising fundraising activities, including the structuring and operations of six real estate private equity funds, as well as three private equity funds focused on high-yield opportunities in Brazil
