Carolina Avancini
Biography
Carolina Avancini is the Head of Real Estate Structured Finance at BTG Pactual. She joined the firm following the acquisition of Clave Capital, where she led the real estate (CRI) strategy. With extensive experience in structured finance and credit, Avancini was previously a partner at BlueMacaw, focused on credit strategies, and founded Monetai. She also served as a partner at RB Capital, heading securitization product structuring, and worked in corporate credit at Itaú BBA. She holds a Civil Engineering degree from UNICAMP and an MBA from FGV-EAESP.
